Proudly based in Cardiff, we’re a totally independent, diverse, and female-led production company who makes new and returning content for all the major broadcasters including Channel 4, BBC, Channel 5, and Discovery+.
Led by award-winning Creative Director Michelle Heeley, our team has a wealth of production, editorial, and development experience – and we are committed to working with and investing in the best new local talent.
With a lively, supportive, and open workplace environment, we promote a culture built around teamwork, personal development, and trust.
Bringing originality, passion, and strong storytelling skills to each production, we create fresh and engaging content across Popular Factual, Documentaries, and Specialist Factual.
